thanks alot, you where right, my libqt was corrupted:
debsums libqt3c102-mt
usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.2.3 FAILED
usr/lib/libqui.so.1.0.0 OK
usr/lib/qt3/plugins/imageformats/libqjpeg.so OK
usr/lib/qt3/plugins/imageformats/libqmng.so OK
usr/share/doc/libqt3c102-mt/copyright OK
usr/share/doc/libqt3c102-mt/changelog.gz OK
usr/share/doc/libqt3c102-mt/changelog.Debian.gz OK
after reinstalled that package everythink worked fine again :-)
i don't know why this file was coruppt. i haven't even installed the prelink program.
