Bug#246350: #246350 KIconLoader errors

The issue #246350 about KIconLoader errors seems to be discussed at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=241283

There is also a user-configurable workaround there. Good to know, because 
otherwise under GDM the ~/.xsession-errors stops quickly with:
...Too much output, ignoring rest...
