Bug#254066: kprinter "default printer" handling broken



Sorry, I just found out that you need to print another page to make
kprinter keep that printer as default printer (there's a checkbox which
enables that functionality).

Anyway, kprinter still pretends my printers are "inactive" somehow
(that's a minor issue only, though, since printing works anyway).
