The version number of this package is not related to the kde version
number. It just raises on every change.
I don't know why this is handled in this way, because it doesn't makes
sense to me. It would be much easier to see the current kde version when
you just have to see which version the kde package has. (And it would
produce less confusion for new users)
The dependencies are correct, so you should be able to install it even
with the current version, IIRC.
