Bug#252670: klaptopdaemon: session-shutdown instantaneously when running on batteries

When the system detects that it is running on batteries the kde-session
is terminated instantaneously though the batteries are fully charged. I
configured klaptopdaemon that it should not change the system status
even if the batteries would get low.
