Similar to the bug #756952, when I read the news of a package I'd like to have
the (Closes: #nnnnn) and the Closes: line as a links to the BTS, and the CVE
identifiers (e.g. CVE-2014-50471 (non-existent)) as a link to the
security-tracker.

Both features have been implemented. The URL, bug closures and CVE
identifiers are now rendered as links.
