At https://packages.qa.debian.org when you click at a new on news
section, you get (for example with amule package):
https://packages.qa.debian.org/a/amule/news/20140718T163915Z.html ,
with tracker.debian.org, you get

At the second "http links" are not highligh, so if you want to follow
a link you have to copy the url, you cannot click on the url

Both features have been implemented. The URL, bug closures and CVE
identifiers are now rendered as links.
