Bug#715401: cloud-scripts: Please add a script to know which packages are currently being built

Hello,

It would be nice to have a command to get a list of packages being currently built or waiting in the build list.

This would help, especially at the end of a rebuild (when only big packages are being rebuilt), to have some ideas of what is remaining.
