I was making a (possibly idiosyncratic) distinction between "things that
Debian as a whole wants to fix" and "things that you may want to consider
fixing but that the project isn't really committed to" and assuming the
former were "problems" and the latter were "todo", but I haven't looked at
what falls into those categories and may well just be making that up.
Right now, my understanding is that building with clang is something that
some folks are interested in (myself included), but that the project as a
whole doesn't really have an opinion on.
I'm certainly fine with abandoning the whole distinction and just having
an issues box.
