In this respect, it's no better than the HTML page at http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/s-http-server.html which points to the .dsc file at http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/s-http-server/s-http-server_20080228-1.dsc

I think it's not so much a big deal, but needs a fix. There are probably higher priorities on my TODO, though. So, any patch is much welcome.
