If package has multiple version in NEW then there is only one invalid link
on qa.debian.org. Example for coccinelle (from

This bug was closed by Raphael Geissert (geissert) in SVN revision 2281.
Note that it might take some time until the qa.debian.org code has
been updated and cronjobs have picked up changed data.

Commit message:

Handle multiple versions of the same package on the new queue. Closes: #540863
