Of relevance in master:~tviehmann/public_html are
- set-csspref.php to set the cookie (very proof of concept),
- commmon/.htaccess (the rewrite rule),
- d/dput.html only is a copy with an added default.css stylesheet link tag.

If we wanted to make assumptions about browsers only downloading CSS when the
user selects it, we could also set cookies with mod_rewrite magic, but we
probably do not.
