Bug#452905: Re Bug#452905: qa.debian.org: "Debian Bug report logs" is lax about bogus package names.)

As per the closing 'bot message:

You should be hearing from them with a substantive response shortly,
in case you haven't already. If not, please contact them directly.

But no "substantive response" in two closings. Perhaps the above
disappointing boilerplate is a white lie, or just a guideline or ideal
state. So far we've read:

	Closing #

	1) 12/15/07 "I don't see a bug here."

	2) 12/16/07 "# Automatically generated email from bts, devscripts version 2.10.11"

Hey CB, what's OK about a page that says "Windows Vista" belongs to
Debian? Obviously almost nobody would type that in, but people
might mistype the name of an existing package 'foo', and get a
corresponding page for 'fou' and then have to link around till they
find out there's no 'fou' -- it's better to tell 'em immediately rather
than have sloppy bogus data wasting their time.
