Web text like that vexes users; on this page:

...you've cited some annoying web interfaces of airlines.  It's
like that.  For high level interfaces like web pages, many users
prefer those that don't print garbage, if that can feasibly be
avoided.

So someone who knows the answer please reassign this bug to whichever
package or pseudo package it belongs.
