I kind of see it the other way around: integrating external services in
the BTS allows to improve them, making them better candidates for
hosting on d.o machines.
Also, I'm not sure that we should try too hard to get those services on
d.o machines: DSA is usually a bottleneck, and if services run very well
elsewhere, there's not much point in moving them to d.o.

That's a problem. But isn't it already the case? Also, if svnbuildstat
moves to a restricted d.o machine, it won't change anything.

I don't think so: AFAIK svnbuildstat runs on a dedicated server
currently, and has a quite complex setup. There was some talks about
moving it to piatti.d.o though, but I'm not sure of the status of this.
