when wwiz handles bigloo, it notices biglook0.8 and believes "k0.8" is
the most recent version of bigloo :)

Indeed, this would require wwiz to be psychic which it isn't yet. Wwiz
is meant as a heuristic to make an educated guess when a watch file is
missing. If it fails, the solution is to add a watch file.
