commons-collections in main

Hi,

I did move commons-collections to main. Do I have to send a bug to
ftp.debian.org? I'd like it to be accepted as soon as possible.

Also, I think I have a problem with another package I moved to main but
I'm not sure the sources are in main... (I don't remember the name of
the package!)
