No. I was just pointing out that removing package B on which package A
depends does not make it necessarily "obvious" (as you said) that
package A has to be removed as well.

Consider for example the latex2html case, where nobody claimed as
"obvious" that packages having a build-depends on latex2html should be
moved automatically to non-free.
