eshell's description says:
This package is provided only for Emacs20, because eshell is included
as part of both Emacs21 and XEmacs21.
so it seems alright to remove this now that emacs20 is gone. Let's CC
Takao KAWAMURA just in case. Takao, can eshell be removed now that
emacs20 is gone?
