This is only a warning that you can ignore. Your subscription can
continue anyway.
This just means that /org/bugs.debian.org/etc/indices/sources
on master is not up to date (or not yet).
IIRC, the BTS has some files which are no more automatically updated
(since the compromission). Maybe this one is part of them ...
