dcoppython installs a qt.py in /usr/lib/python1.5, which shadows the qt.py in
/usr/lib/python1.5/site-packages from python-pyqt, making the PyQt package

dcoppython is wrong because:
- addons should be installed to site-packages
- PyQt, although not in Debian as long as dcoppython, has a long
history (since KDE-1) of installing a "qt" extension module in
- dcoppython should really depend on python-pyqt,
and not even include its own qt.py file!
- the qt.py from dcoppython is incomplete, from PyQt's point of view.
- dcoppython doesn't appear to be working anyways

I recommend coordinating with the python-pyqt maintainer:

	Ricardo Cardenes <rcardenes@id-agora.com>

to get these two, soon to be important, packages cooperating.
