Bug#761321: squid-prefetch: this package has no documentation

Dear Maintainer,

the package has no documentation, and even searching for some on the internet yields nothing.  Do configuration changes need to be made in order to use squid-fetch?  If so, which ones?  How do I know that squid-fetch actually does work?
