Error description:

I have 12 consoles/VTs and after using zgv several times,
I have much more, but empty ones. which mean, if I like
to change from VT12 to VT1 with <ALT><ArrowRight> I have
to switch through many empty screens.

This BUG is not only related to WOODY, I have the same
problem on SARGE and SID too.
