Hi there

After recent chnages in 1.46-2.1, neither windowmaker nor openbox seem
to think that it's a dockapp anymore. This seems to be because
XSetWMHints now preceeds gdk_window_show -- unfortunately the change
that is necessary to get GDK to draw anything at all.

(contents of wm_hints when openbox is first apprised of wmbubble's existance
1.46-2 : flags-0x5A input-0 initial_state-0 icon_windowXID-0x600005
1.46-2.1 : flags-0x43 input-1 initial_state-1 icon_windowXID-0

flags: 1.46-2.1 now has InputHint *set* and no longer has IconWindowHint
and IconPositionHint set, despite still being requested in the dockapp's
call to XSetWMHints)

This appears to be the case because gdk now *also* calls XSetWMHints -- and
perhaps most interestingly with a different value for window_group.
