Aparently dh_installinit don't want to add the S??powernowd init
scripts, only the Stop one's

With update-rc.d is simple, "update-rc.d powernowd defaults 80 20" for
example, but here is using just dh_installinit without options
(looking at the man seems correct) to add the update-rc.d thing manually
