Configuring egroupware-core via its web frontend (config.php) unconditionally requires
class.addressbook_bo.inc.php but dows not depend on egroupware-addressbook which contains
this file.

Fatal error: Class 'addressbook_bo' not found in /usr/share/egroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.contacts.inc.php on line 16
