Bug#202936: marked as done (swapd: doesn'n allocate any swap)

I run out of memory in every 5 minutes. Even my browser is killed by the
kernel from time to time. My free mem is 2k, swapd is running, I do have
free
space on /swap and swapd just isn't doing anything. My swapd.conf is the
default
but just in case, here it is:

maxswaps 7

swapdir /swap
pidfile /var/run/swapd.pid
mkswap /sbin/mkswap
