regarding falconseye: Does not have a GNOME desktop entry; this fixes that

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

Falcon's Eye does not have a .desktop file under /usr/share/applications 
and therefore does not appear in the GNOME Applications|Games menu.  The 
attached .desktop file adds that.

The falconseye package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
