Bug#260095: marked as done (ilisp: loading completer.el alters minibuffer keymaps)

and subject line ilisp has been removed from Debian, closing #260095
has caused the Debian Bug report #260095,
regarding ilisp: loading completer.el alters minibuffer keymaps
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/debian-startup.el loads
/etc/emacs/site-start.d/50ilisp.el, which loads
/etc/ilisp/ilisp.el, which loads
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/ilisp/completer.el, which
unconditionally alters minibuffer-local-completion-map and
minibuffer-local-must-match-map.

This behavior violates an Emacs Lisp Coding Convention: "Design
the package so that simply loading it has no visible effect--that
should not enable the feature."

The ilisp package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/284376 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
