regarding lyskom(1) manpage is swedish as default

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

To read the english man page you are forced to set the english
locale, even if you are not a native speaker. There are much more
people who understand english better than sedish, so please install
the english man page into the default location, not the swedish one.

Same for the startup language.

The lyskom-tty-client package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/396833 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
