Bug#457049: apt-spy: another workaround (to update apt-proxy configuration file)

Package: apt-spy
Version: 3.1-18
Followup-For: Bug #457049

Another workaround is to use this simple script to update the
apt-proxy-v2.conf file in order to have the 6 most performing servers in
the area as backends...
The script can be put in the /etc/cron.weekly directory so that a
machine has always the better configuration updated...

See the attached file

Best regards
P.
