Bug#291228: marked as done (arping 2.03-1 interpretes some IP adresses as MAC adresses; IP such as xxx.yyy.zzz.www won`t pass is_mac_addr() function)

As the upstream author says, this is fixed in the current version.
(I can reproduce the problem with 2.01-3, while 2.05-1 works fine.)
