In order for a user to make use of the CDROM drive under DOSEMU/FreeDOS,
the following must be done:
1. un-REM cdrom.sys from config.sys
2. add c:\bin\shsucdx /d:mscd0001 to autoexec.bat

If the user has a SCSI cdrom drive, $_aspi with sg* device can be used,
and then an ASPI cdrom driver placed in config.sys, then shsucdx pointed
to that ASPI driver.

There should be a note about this in README.Debian, and the shsucdx line
should be included in the default autoexec.bat (but rem'd by default).
