Package: zope-ldap
Severity: important
Justification: breaks significant functionality

I am trying to create a new zldapconnection to an non-standard port,
but my research shows that it ignores the port I specify.

root@epsilon:~# tcpdump host developer.debianplanet.org
tcpdump: listening on eth0
22:59:58.526015 212.111.35.118.39073 > epsilon.hardware.no.ldap: S 3640147527:3640147527(0) win 5840 <mss 1460,sackOK,timestamp 173501708 0,nop,wscale 0> (DF)
22:59:58.526057 epsilon.hardware.no.ldap > 212.111.35.118.39073: R 0:0(0) ack 3640147528 win 0 (DF)
23:00:43.868324 212.111.35.118.39077 > epsilon.hardware.no.ldap: S 3713432896:3713432896(0) win 5840 <mss 1460,sackOK,timestamp 173506241 0,nop,wscale 0> (DF)
23:00:43.868340 epsilon.hardware.no.ldap > 212.111.35.118.39077: R 0:0(0) ack 3713432897 win 0 (DF)

when having

Add LDAP connection

Id (any)

Title (any)

LDAP Server (host[:port]) epsilon.hardware.no:3333

Base DN ou=Bugs,o=Debian Project,c=US

Bind As

Bind Password

Open Connection? (checked)

Transactional?

However, I have a workaround:

If I first create the object against som ldap server on a standard
port, _then_ change it, I can change it to non-standard port. It
seems like the init isn't working like it should.
