Mere presence of the package mmm-mode on my debian system causes emacs
to start up with 'cl loaded, which is AFAIU, against emacs
policy---Emacs should not load 'cl loaded unless the user desires so.
The reason, as I understand it, 'cl is a nice package, but does some
funky stuff to emacs, like overriding some functions etc. and not
respecting namespaces. Hence, should not be loaded by default.
