Package: libtool
Version: 1.4.2-4
Severity: important

  Hi,

In a fresh new woody instalation, I used dselect to select gcc-3.0
and libtool. I did not select "gcc".

Libtool postinst script fails because it could not find /usr/bin/cc
or /usr/bin/gcc.
Libtool depends on c-compiler and gcc-3.0 provides c-compiler.

I don't know if this problem is in gcc-3.0 package or in libtool,
then I am reporting in libtool. If you think the problem is in gcc-3.0,
please reassign this bug to that package.

    Thanks,
      Pedro
