Bug#322306: bbpager: Bug reproduced

Followup-For: Bug #322306

I was able to reproduce this bug on my system using both XFree86 and
XOrg servers. bbpager seems to be incompatible with blackbox 0.70 and
higher. It works fine with fluxbox.
