Justification: renders package unusable

Hash: SHA1

This package depends on the virtual package 'perlapi-5.6.1'. As is
reflected in the System Information below, 'perl-base' used to provide
this package. However, as of versions of 'perl-base' >= 5.7 (currently
5.8.0-7), this is no longer the case.

As a result, this package is no longer installable without --force-depends.
