Bug#311002: metamail should provide mmencode as a synonym for mimencode

At least mime.el and mime-compose.el, somewhat elderly extensions
for Emacs. Perhaps not high priority as better alternatives exist
for mime composition in Emacs, and these files could also be simply
patched to remove the problem.
