Bug#285822: dstooltk: geomview cannot be launched

When selecting animated Models (Models -> Animated Systems) geomview
which is installed isn't launched:

msika ~ $ dstooltk
Invoking /usr/lib/dstooltk/bin/linux/dstool_tk
DsTool% DsTool: Geomview is not active.

It forbid viewing in 3D of the most interesting models.

Thnks to QA for the good work keeping alive this very nice package which has
no equivalent in the debian package list.
