according to the changelog this has been fixed a while ago.

ifhp (3.5.10-2.1) unstable; urgency=3Dlow

    * Non-maintainer uploade
    * Danish debconf templates translation. Closes: #175024
    * French debconf templates translation. Closes: #182202
    * Brazilian portuguese debconf templates translation.
    * Closes: #179373

As maintainer is now Debian QA Group, i guess Andreas Barth forgot to
close these reports properly... by doing a dpkg-buildpackage -v=20

 ifhp (3.5.10-3) unstable; urgency=3Dlow
 .
   * QA upload
   * set maintainer to Debian QA Group
   * Debconf updates:
     + Catalan debconf templates translation. Closes: #236625
     + German debconf templates translation. Closes: #263027

   * Checked against newest policy,
     updated Strandards-Version (no other changes)
   * Fix the debian/clean target to really clean up
