Hi,

nqxml only Build-Depends-Indep: debhelper but debian/rules clean calls
dh_clean etc. Just add a Build-Depends: debhelper (...).

I will probably NMU this together with #212290. See there for the
respective patch.

These bugs were fixed in NMU 1.1.3p1-1.1, and accepted when QA took
the package at 1.1.3p1-2.
