Bug#95247: marked as done (licq doesn't allow to disconnect an other running client)

Hi,

it would be nice if licq could figure out if there's still a client
running with your user-id and if yes, disconnect that one, so that you
can connect to it.

AFAICT, when you connect with Licq, other connected clients are 
disconnected.
