Hi,

while sniffing packets with Ethereal I noticed that ERR packets sent
by atftp and atftpd are malformed. They are missing the final ASCII 0
which is required by RFC 1350.

The problem is around line 168 of tftp_io.c. it should copy an
additional 0 byte and make the packet size one larger.
