You have two choices to fix this:

1. (Preferably) compile using Qt3 instead.
2. Build-Depend on and use the appropriate C++ compiler for Qt2 (see
http://people.debian.org/~rmurray/c++transition.html for details).

This package has been removed from Debian unstable because it was not
maintained, dead upstream and not usable.
