Package: scotty
Version: 3:99-08-12-5
Severity: normal

Hello

I like to discover a route to a network (want to have all routers and
backbones drawn on the screen). But when I enter the IP of a destination
host the stderr gives me:

nmicmpd: failed to send ICMP message
    while executing
"icmp trace $ttl $todo"
    (procedure "trace_route" line 12)
    invoked from within
"trace_route $addrs"
    (procedure "discover_traces" line 11)
    invoked from within
"discover_traces"
    (procedure "Discover Route" line 54)
    invoked from within
"{Discover Route} {}"

Any idea ?

bye,

been maintained in Debian (orphaned for over 130 days) and is also no
longer being developed upstream.
