The german ISO-Characters beyond 7 bit ASCII (=F6=E4=FC=D6=C4=DC=DF)
are missing. The dictionary keeps german words with these characters
in the stone-aged 7bit TeX encoding (=E4 =3D "a).
(Perhaps it also should be checked for consistency with
the dictionary of the wgerman package)
