Before you/someone else makes a move, some of these packages are bioinformatics and are better suited for med team: * indexed-gzip - This one is mainly for NIFTI image files * python-anndata - For gene annotation * python-fitbit - For FITBIT API (more in med domain) * python-cooler - For genomic interaction data There are probably more, but please do not move these ^^ Nilesh
