Hello, There are some pending flows at the debian partners inbox. Is it possible to use the Request Tracker [0] as a crm tool to follow up the contacts? Maybe a sugarcrm could be an overkill and RT is already installed. Is it suitable for the task? Or maybe some tool already at alioth. Do you have suggestions/comments? Regards.
