	IMHO, Joerg is right in asking for more info and visibility.
We take a lot of care during NM to be sure that people acknowledges
our Foundation docs and DMUP, so yes, I do think that for DM we need
to take the same amount of care and make the procedure open and clear
to leave no doubts.

	Kind of, I remember that "damog" was one of the first to sent
an advocacy [1]e-mail to debian-newmaint recommending Martin Ferrari,
at the time, the GR was recently approved and since then few has
changed, which means that the procedure probably would need some care
and love to be more visible, in order to create some sort of
background and "good practices".

	Anyway, the point is that we can't just add people to the
keyring and a couple of weeks later mail d-d-a to say: "Ooops, we
forgot to say but we added Alice and Bob to DM-keyring".
